Tobin Sprout

A 19 year old Holden College student who has lived in Holden since birth. He was born into a wealthy Catholic family to his father and mother, but was mostly raised by a tortious nanny named Marissa Falkner. This exacerbated Tobin's schizophrenia and dysthymia. Things worsened when he was a teenager in high school, after he was found having a relationship with another boy.

Going into Holden College, Tobin remained hopeful, as most of his colleagues who had bullied him went to much more prestigious schools. However, due to his worsened mental state, he would often stray away from home and go missing. Hearing about this, his father and mother entrusted him to a tutor, an older boy named Christopher Loveless.

He has a dog named Junior which he talks to, and the dog talks back.

Tobin is right-handed and enjoys songwriting, playing guitar and has a fondness for singing. His birthday is October 31.
